Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you'll love everything you've ordered from tragofun.com. If not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days from the delivery date.

Note: We are not able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team at support@tragofun.com. We do not accept returned items that were sent back without prior notification. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us, providing your Order Number and stating the reason. After receiving your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send you the exchange/return instructions via email. Please follow these instructions to process the exchange or return.

We're sorry you didn't love your order from www.tragofun.com. Please read the instructions below to learn more about returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellation

  1. For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
  2. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
  3. Generally, you will receive a refund within 3 to 7 business days. (If you do not receive a refund within 15 days, please contact us via email)

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
  2. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
  3. We will email you once we have processed your refund or exchange, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If you do not receive a refund within 30 days, please contact us via email)

Note: All items for return or exchange must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all original labels attached in their original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. If you encounter any issues, feel free to email us at support@tragofun.com.

Contact support@tragofun.com for customer service support. Please attach a short video demonstrating the issue.

Our after-sales support team will determine if your order is eligible for a refund. (After confirming that your order is eligible, they will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label. Do not ship your item until you receive these; Tragofun will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.)

After the warehouse confirms receipt of the defective product, Tragofun will process your return or warranty claim in accordance with the Returns or Warranty Policy.

Return Shipping
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost should depend on the courier company you choose. If, due to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.

Shipping charges shall be paid by the customer in the following cases:

  1. Return the product without any proven defect.
  2. Warranty claims for items shipped outside of the original country of purchase.
  3. The returned item claimed to be defective but was found by Tragofun to be in working order.
  4. Costs associated with unauthorized returns or returns made outside of the approved warranty process.
  5. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as refusal, an invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for any additional handling and shipping fees that may incur.
